NGIT Accelerators are core IT services used by PSiDEO to implement NGIT managed services,  packaged to be used by clients on their own systems (or cloud systems they use) without having to invest time, money and skills in the design, deployment and maintenance of these core IT services. NGIT Accelerators are delivered and paid on-demand, keeping the scalability, flexibility and control on prices.
 

NGIT Accelerators are based on standard market products (guarantee of quality) but provided to our customers ready to be used and operated and continuously maintained by PSiDEO engineering.
 

 


NGIT MANAGED PC DEPLOYMENT SERVICE

Our platform-based NGIT Managed PC Deployment Service allows the safe and efficient deployment to your organization’s PCs of all the different software the users may need. From the initial machine setup, configuration and operating system deployment, up to the installation and regular updating of common or your organization’s specific applications; this service is key to the performant management of any PC pool.

It already includes the various drivers’ packages for your organization’s computer models (HP & Lenovo enterprise class PCs) as well as a set of operating systems (Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, etc…) and applications (Microsoft Office, web browsers, free players, etc…). Other your organization’s specific applications can easily be packaged to be added to the service. All packages included with the service are duly tested by our engineers and therefore risk-free for your organization.


NGIT PC OFFLINE JOIN SERVICE

NGIT PC Offline Join Service includes all the necessary components and technologies to allow an your organization user based at a non-integrated your organization site to remotely and easily join your organization’s domain with a locally purchased PC; thus allowing the machine to become an your organization computer in terms of access to the IT environment and applications the user needs to work efficiently as well as in terms of manageability by your organization extended IT team (your organization, PSiDEO and 3rd parties). 

 

 


NGIT MANAGED PC MONITORING SERVICE

NGIT Managed PC Monitoring Service delivers real-time monitoring of your organization’s PCs health and performances (CPU, RAM, disk space, processes list, log on/off control) with a definable set of alerts and warning thus allowing to proactively take any necessary corrective action before the user himself notices anything.

NGIT USER DATA CONTINUOUS PROTECTION

NGIT User Data Continuous Protection service constantly protects all key elements of roaming laptops such as users’ profile and a set of pre-defined critical folders by synchronizing them on a central repository over Internet. New synchronized folders can be defined easily to complete the default protection.

 


NGIT EMAILS FILTERING & ROUTING SERVICE

NGIT Emails Filtering Service consists of a set of IT components selected, configured and operated to receive and analyze emails addressed to your organization’s users, thus allowing the detection and prevention of the harm they could represent for your organization’s IT environment and/or users’ productivity. 

 

Based on the best e-mail security technologies (best product of the market for multiple years according to most renowned IT consulting companies), NGIT Emails Filtering Service accelerator brings to your organization a readily available, highly customizable and always up to date solution with all advantages of an on premises solution (full customization and operations delegation) but without maintenance complexity (no setup, no maintenance, no upgrades to be done by your organization).

 


NGIT MANAGED MONITORING SERVICES

Our accelerator NGIT Advanced Monitoring Service offers the granular surveillance of an IT infrastructure, where each component is measured against a pre-defined metric or standard provided by NGIT and adapted to client infrastructure specifities.

The key aspects of a your IT components (free storage capacity, application service state, etc…) are constantly evaluated and reported in real-time or on a defined periodicity.

NGIT Monitoring Services’ design and architecture ensure that all new alerts raised by the system automatically create an incident report in our NGIT Service Desk system.

NGIT Service Desk being the main and central point of contact for handling all customers’ requests and reported issues, our Switzerland and offshore teams (Bangalor, Singapore and in the future Toronto) ensure the 24x7 surveillance and control of the monitored systems.

Additionally to the above described NGIT Service Desk integration of the proposed NGIT Monitoring Services; notifications concerning critical devices, applications or services are sent by email to our level 1 NGIT Support staff and automatically escalated by SMS and email to the responsible manager if the reported alerts are not acknowledged before the breach of a defined SLA.

NGIT Monitoring Services use and rely on discovery mechanisms (Customized SCOM Management Packs) to automatically add probes and monitors to newly added components (new Exchange servers, new SQL server, ...); such newly discovered component only needs to be manually added to its corresponding category: testing, standard or critical.


NGIT MANAGED HELPDESK SERVICE

NGIT Managed Helpdesk Service offers your organization a powerful ITIL compliant ticketing system that ensures the accurate follow-up of users’ requests with reporting and SLAs measurement capabilities; together with NGIT’s automation tool to improve the helpdesk members’ efficiency and the users’ access to the self-service portal for them to be able to autonomously request and receive support.

 


NGIT MANAGED BACKUP SERVICE

NGIT Managed Backup Services, available on-premises or on the cloud ensures the regular backup (daily, weekly, monthly, annually) of your data sets in an alternate location (on-prem or on the cloud), thus guaranteeing the optimal level of data availability should a recovery be needed.

NGIT Managed Backup Service includes the monitoring of backup/restore jobs ensuring that all backup related incidents raised by the backup and/or monitoring systems automatically create an incident report in our NGIT Service Desk system.
